Alongside Dori is Misty Green, CPC, another invaluable instructor in both the Medical Billing and Coding and Health Service Administration programs. Focused Programs for Career Success

Our Medical Billing and Coding (MBC) program is meticulously designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the core principles of medical billing and coding practices within a medical office. Importantly, the curriculum also offers exposure to the management aspects of healthcare administration. Due to the specialized nature of medical coding skills, graduates of the MBC program often find themselves in higher-earning positions compared to more general administrative roles. Furthermore, our program prepares students to pursue various industry-recognized certifications upon completion, enhancing their credentials and career prospects.

For students interested in a broader scope of healthcare administration, our Health Service Administration (HSA) program offers comprehensive training in the overall management and operations of a medical office. While the HSA program includes medical coding exposure, its primary focus is on developing management skills essential for running an efficient and successful healthcare facility. This program features in-depth medical management coursework alongside an introduction to billing and coding, providing a well-rounded skill set for leadership roles in healthcare settings.

At Community Care College, we are committed to challenging you academically and fostering your professional growth in the understanding of medical billing and coding and its significant impact on the healthcare industry. Dori, Misty, and all our instructors are dedicated to providing unwavering support and guidance to ensure your success.
